Meet Virginia. Meet Virginia! (Yes, Train said it best.) This mom of three is an investor turned realtor based out of Colorado Springs. Virginia and her husband have steadily been collecting properties over the past decade and are passionate about real estate!

Her own portfolio includes a range of short, mid and long term rentals both in and out of state. Her love of the job also includes her creative eye in staging homes. Couple that with her husband’s abilities as a handyman the two have had a successful go of it.

When she’s not updating her own properties, you might find her on a walk trying to burn the (somehow?) endless energy of her children, or connecting with family or friends while sitting on a sunny patio somewhere. Having grown up in the mountains of Quebec, she has also rekindled her love of snowboarding and other winter sports.

Because of her experience as an investor, Virginia is excited to help other first time investors pave their path to owning real estate. She is a down-to-earth business woman who also believes you can follow your gut- as well as the numbers. So whether you are new to it and looking to start, or you want a second opinion from a peer, she’s the person to call!”

Meet Trish. Trish 'grew-up' in the Tri-Lakes community and graduated from Lewis-Palmer High School in 1988. After high school, she attended Olympic College in Washington where she graduated in 1992.  With three children in tow, her family relocated back to the Pikes Peak Region in 1993 and has settled contently back in the Tri-Lakes area, vowing to never leave 'God's country' again. Trish's vast knowledge of this area allows her to serve as your personal tour guide and local historian.
Trish is always on call. She is a full-time, dedicated broker so you will be able to reach Trish pretty much any time of day. Sales and marketing has been Trish's career of choice, with an emphasis in residential and commercial sales. Utilizing education, experience and market knowledge, she helps clients achieve both short and long-term goals. Trish specializes in investor "fix-n-flips," short sales and luxury homes, but she finds the most joy by helping first-time home buyers attain their dream of home ownership.

Trish is a multi-million dollar producer. In fact, no one sells more real estate in Palmer Lake than Trish! Overall, she is also the #1 selling agent in the Tri-lakes area (out of 300 agents who sell here)!  She will claim that it's her sales and marketing skillset that sets her aside, but her clients will tell you it's because she is the "realest" Realtor you will ever meet. Most importantly, they will also tell you that she listens.  Yes, her skills are pretty noteworthy, too.

Trish is passionate about community.  She believes she has a personal responsibility to do good.  Part of that responsibility is volunteering and giving back to the community in which she serves.  Trish has volunteered in a variety of ways over the years.  Locals know they can count on Trish to pitch in and support local events and organizations.
